Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce/Foundation Privacy Statement
The Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce ("DACC") receives names and e-mail addresses only when personally submitted to us through our various contact features. These mechanisms allow users to ask specific questions of DACC, provide feedback and request written materials from DACC. This information is gathered with users' knowing, active permission and participation. DACC respects the privacy of users and does not share any personally identifiable information or email addresses with non-member third parties.
DACC members can log in to Member’s Only Section and update their individual membership record through "Update Contact Information.”
Defiancechamber.com and its subdomains use third party tracking software from Google. Our analytics suite collects completely anonymous data using cookies, so that we can refine our online experience to serve you better.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy applies to both the Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce and the Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation organizations.
Regular Event Admissions
General Membership Meetings, Breakfast of Champions, Annual Meeting, Education Programs, Leadership Programs and other similar events:
The Chamber’s policy is to generally require payment in advance for admission to all Chamber-promoted & sponsored events due to commitments to our vendors for these events. Cancellations received during regular office hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. M-F, except holidays) in advance of the publicized cancellation deadline for that event, in person, by phone, or by email will be refunded in full using the same method utilized for the original payment. Each event will have a clearly visible cancellation deadline on the event reservation page and form.
Membership Dues
Payment for membership dues to the Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce is due at the time of application or at the beginning of your renewal month each year. Dues are only refundable in the event the membership application is not approved by the Chamber’s Board of Directors.
Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation – Reverse Raffle Tickets
Tickets to “A Taste of Defiance/Reverse Raffle” whether purchased online, over the phone, or in person, are subject to the following terms and conditions:
Must be 21 or older to attend. Valid ID and ticket required for admission. All sales are final and ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE. Ticket cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, so safeguard it as you would cash or other valuables.
