-The power of SLD’s (subtle little differences), including using the customer’s name, finding out their preferences, saying thank you

Meet the on-site instructor…Dave Tippett, PHR Director, On Site Training and Consultation, Employers’ Association. Dave is well-known in the Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan business community for his enthusiasm, training creativity and commitment to helping people work better, together. He has a rich history as a problem solver and provider of excellent customer service over the past 24 years. In his career (so far) Dave has been an HR Director (10 years), Account Manager, volunteer youth worker, team member, team leader, team outcast, award winning playwright, and President of several Human Resources (SHRM) chapters. Dave brings years of insight and real world business experience to these important topics, and will keep you engaged, entertained and most importantly, equipped to tackle even the toughest of times. Dave has provided training for a number of area companies and organizations, too numerous to mention. Dave is a graduate of the University of Toledo and holds a Professional Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
