Event Description:
Funny and upbeat, with just a touch of sass, the Good Lovelies’ three -part harmonies, constant instrument swapping and witty on-stage banter have enlivened the folk music landscape since Caroline Brooks, Kerri Ough and Sue Passmore joined forces in 2006 for their first show at Toronto’s funky Gladstone Hotel. With equal parts of city and country, good humor and self-assurance, this Canadian trio proves its brand of folk music has universal appeal.
