Melinda K. Warner, P.E. has joined the city of Defiance's engineering staff as the assistant city engineer.
A native of southern Illinois, Warner is a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Carbon-dale, with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering. She will be overseeing capital improvement projects and assisting with the engineering division functions.
Warner resides in Bryan with husband and three children.
